General Conditions of Sale
These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the individual company Carasel, represented by Audrey Travel, whose head office is located at 3 rue des Sapins, Chervettes, 17380 La Devise, registered in the Répertoire des Métiers de La Nouvelle- Aquitaine under the number 500.781.299.00028 hereinafter called "Carasel" and managing the Carasel site, www.carasel.fr and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.carasel .fr hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.

Article 1. Purpose
These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between Carasel and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made via the website www.carasel.fr. The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale, of which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to his order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the site www.carasel.fr is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use and on the other hand to have full legal capacity, allowing it to commit to these general conditions of sale. The individual company Carasel, represented by Audrey Travel, retains the possibility of modifying these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or in order to improve the use of its site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

Article 2. Products
The products offered are those which appear on the website www.carasel.fr of the individual company Carasel, represented by Audrey Travel, while stocks last. The individual company Carasel, represented by Audrey Travel, reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. The photographs are as faithful as possible but do not commit the Seller in any way.

Article 3. Prices
The prices appearing on the product sheets in the internet catalog are prices in Euros (€) all taxes included (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), excluding delivery costs. ​​Article 4. Order and payment terms
The buyer can place an order on the website www.carasel.fr. Payment can be made, after exchange by email and joint validation by: ​- Credit card: in the event of hand delivery of the order (no online payment possible). If payment is accepted, the order is recorded and the contract is definitively formed. Payment by credit card is irrevocable. - Bank transfer: Upon receipt of payment, the order will be shipped within 72 hours (working days). - By check: Upon receipt of payment, the order will be shipped within 72 hours (working days). - In cash: in the event of hand delivery by the individual company Carasel, represented by Audrey Travel, or collection at the company's head office. ​An email will confirm the registration of the order and the joint choice of payment terms no later than 48 hours after validation of the order. Article 5. Reservation of ownership
The products remain the property of the individual company Carasel, represented by Audrey Travel, until full payment of the price. As soon as you, the buyer, take physical possession of the products ordered, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to him. ​

Article 6. Withdrawal
Under article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except return costs. . Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, etc.). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to frustrate the right of withdrawal. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Reimbursement of sums paid will be effective within 14 days following notification of the buyer's request and via the same means of payment as that used when ordering. ​

Article 7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Orders are made by La Poste via COLISSIMO or via a carrier. Delivery times are given for information purposes only; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed. the individual company Carasel, represented by Audrey Travel, will be able to provide the buyer with the tracking number of their package by e-mail. The buyer is delivered to his home by his postman. If the buyer is absent, he will receive a delivery notice from his postman, which allows him to collect the products ordered from the nearest post office, during a period indicated by the postal services. The risks associated with transport are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the items leave the premises of the individual company Carasel, represented by Audrey Travel. In the event of deliveries by a carrier, the individual company Carasel, represented by Audrey Travel cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the buyer after several appointment proposals. The buyer is required to check, in the presence of the Post Office employee or the delivery person, the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents upon delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Article 8. Guarantee
In the event of non-conformity of a product sold (product apparently defective, damaged or damaged or not corresponding to the order), it may be returned to the company, the individual company Carasel, represented by Audrey Travel, who will take it back, will exchange or refund it. All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email to the following address: carasel@orange.fr, within thirty days after delivery. The products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them with the packaging. Shipping costs will be reimbursed to you on the basis of the price invoiced and return costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of supporting documents. The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 6.
Article 9. Liability

It cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, interruption of service, or other unintentional problems. ​

Article 10. Intellectual property

Article 12. Archiving
